We would like to ask for your help, please.
We need to establish the benefits that the Allele Frequency Net Database (AFND) has for our users. This will enable us to continue to provide AFND as a resource freely available to the scientific community and hopefully to develop AFND to best meet your requirements.
We would be very grateful if you could fill out this short survey. It should take approximately five minutes to complete. You are, of course, welcome to contact us at any time with feedback at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will not require any information that will identify respondants. If you would prefer to be anonymous, you do not need to provide us with any personal information.
It would be useful though, for us to see that we have survey responses from a representative range of users. If you are happy to do so, at the end of the survey, please tell us your name, job title, laboratory and/or city. We will not add your details to a mailing list, or pass them on to anybody else.
Data collected will be stored until 2021 and may be used by the University of Liverpool as part of an impact case study for the Research Excellence Framework (REF) assessment.
